Advisory Board Member: Inder Bajaj

Inder Bajaj is the Chief Executive Officer of Helios Towers Nigeria and Director of Helios Towers Africa.

 He has over 24 years of professional experience with leading Corporate in the Telecom Services and Office Automation Sector. His experience in the Telecom sector includes over 7 years with Reliance Communication and over 5 years with Airtel.

He was formerly President of Reliance Infratel (RTIL) a Leading telecom Infrastructure provider in India with over 50,000 Towers. In his tenure, Reliance Communications implemented the formation of  Tower Company with  5% Equity placed with set of PE investors for $350m and rolled out over 34K new towers, in 2 years.. RTIL today has the highest tenancy per tower of 2 in the Indian Industry. RITL had 2009-10 Revenue of $ 1 Bn. with an EBITDA of over 50%.  Business today valued at $6bn.

He has performed a wide range of roles with line jobs including leading strategic business units, setting up start-up business in B2C / B2B space, Sales / Business operations with Direct / Indirect Channels. He has also done many staff roles in Corporate Strategy Planning, Product Management , TQM, Sales Training.
