Lyle Jordan is President and Chief Operating Officer of Purcell Systems, Inc. and Chairman of the Board for Purcell Systems International, AB. He brings over 40 years of experience and expertise in effective leadership, global operations and supply chain management. He has led growing and scaling both emerging and Fortune 500 technology companies. In the past 10 years Jordan has been focused on developing executive leadership effectiveness with Board of Directors, Management Boards and company leadership teams.
His current responsibility with Purcell Systems, Inc. began in 2007 with restructuring and infrastructure development. He led process improvements, implemented business disciplines, initiated improvements to business planning and developed an efficient management structure. Jordan’s responsibilities were expanded in 2010 to include Purcell’s international business and expansion into new products, markets and new geographies. Purcell has achieved the highest customer satisfaction ratings in the telecommunications industry and reduced cycle times for product development and production that place Purcell as one of the fastest growing companies in the outside plant sector supplying global telecommunications operators and OEM’s.
He has led start-up and turnaround endeavors that have achieved industry-leading results in addition to serving as Vice President of Manufacturing at Power Computing Corporation, Vice President of Operations at In Focus Systems, Inc., and senior management positions in technology leading companies such as Intel and Digital Equipment Corporation. At Micron PC Jordan held the position of Division President and World Wide Supply Chain Operations where he was awarded "Year 2000 Top 20 Supply Chain and Logistics Executives" by Chief Logistics Officer Magazine.
A graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Jordan has attended executive and operations management development programs at Stanford University.
